How do I send the sample?
Pack the sample
Pack the sample in a paper (normal newsprint, DIN A4 paper, small envelope) and not in a plastic bag. If you are sending more than one sample, pack the samples separately.
Send the sample
Pack your sample(s) in an envelope or package. Label the envelope/package with your name as the sender.

Sample receipt
We confirm your sample receipt by e-mail.
You will receive your result by e-mail within max. 14 days, in case of express processing within 7 days, after we have received your sample.
