• If your requested date is within 36 hours of ordering and receipt of payment, please order the express package
• Requested Date is not available for the semen test lab
• This service is an additional service to your ordered loyalty test via SMS/WhatsApp, phone, SMS/WhatsApp + Phone, email or, social media, and can only be ordered if one of the aforementioned loyalty tests is ordered 
• One requested date service is available per loyalty test, and you can adjust the quantity in the shopping cart
